After a friendly initial chat, Jack quickly assessed my computer needs. I was told I would benefit from a private “on-prem” server. Jack sourced the components, built the server and then most importantly configured all the applications and systems to benefit from it. I utilise the server on a daily basis, and it has been working flawlessly – I absolutely love it! I just wish I had met Jack years earlier!!
I recently got a new office space for my business and needed to get all the networking and IT equipment set up. I approached Digitize and they came round to survey the space within a couple of days. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Jack gave his insight as to what he’d recommend installing. It actually ended up coming out cheaper than I had provisioned for and researched online, due to the more efficient use of the servers and systems. The project was completed within a month, which was a much faster lead time than I had been quoted from elsewhere. Can’t praise these guys enough – a pukka job well done.

After being fed up paying for all these various subscription services, I wanted to explore the possibility of cutting down on some of these monthly costs (namely my Dropbox subscription). After filling in the form on the website, I was promptly contacted by Hannah and she arranged a time to speak with me and discuss requirements. I never felt as though I was being pressured into buying anything, and everything was outlined for me very clearly.
After the technical conversation I had with Jack, I felt comfortable proceeding with his recommended package, which is working an absolute treat! I set out to get rid of a subscription, and I’ve done that and so much more! Jack went above and beyond to show me how to get the most out of the hardware he’d built and set up for me. Would 100% recommend.
I contacted Digitize because I wanted a backup solution that wouldn’t fail on me. Jack was professional from day 1 – he explained the benefits and drawbacks of the available solutions, and made recommendations for my particular use-case. I could tell he was incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also able to convey the technical info in a way in which I (a layman) could understand.
We’re now a year into using the system that he installed and configured, and I couldn’t be happier! Everything is working as it should be, and it’s all totally automated so I never have to think about it!
